TERMS OF SERVICE

- All reservation are subject to availability at the time of booking.

- Tour prices include accommodation, transportation, tour and other services as specified in the program and exclude air, bus and train ticket, airport taxes, or other documentation, taxis outside of regular transfers provided, telephone calls, personal and baggage insurance, laundry, liquor, drinks, excess baggage charges, room service, meals (unless specified) tip or any item of a personal nature.

- The Travel Agent reserved the right to pick any accommodation available for the agent customers in the same class of booking.

- The Travel Agent reserved the right to change the schedule of the package if there is some situation that the tour operator can not avoid.

- The Travel Agent is not responsible for the change of party schedule that is announced less than 2 day in advance by the local administration.

- The Travel Agent is not responsible for any customer who miss the transfer service after confirmation.

- Since Full Moon Party week is the busiest time on Koh Phangan so we need 100% PAYMENT maximum 5 days after we confirm the availability.

- Your payment is NOT REFUNDABLE. (noshow included)
